Traffic Shield AI is committed to protecting the privacy of your data. We strictly process traffic routing and meta-telemetry for threat detection purposes only. No sensitive payload data is stored persistently across our edge nodes (GDPR & CCPA Compliant).
Terms of Service
By integrating your infrastructure with Traffic Shield AI, you agree to our acceptable use policy. Our Network is intended for defensive mitigation only. Any use of our edge network to conduct outbound attacks will result in immediate termination.
SLA Guarantee
We provide an industry-leading 99.999% uptime guarantee. In the event of a network-wide degradation exceeding 5 minutes per month, enterprise customers are entitled to proportional service frame credits.
Trust Center & Compliance
Our infrastructure undergoes routine third-party penetration testing. Traffic Shield AI holds certifications for SOC-2 Type II, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS Level 1.
